Safe Driving Tips

• Scan your mirror every 5 seconds
• Use the 3 second following rule
• Comply with speed limits and traffic signs
• Stop safely for an amber light
• Drive more slowly at night
• Observe right of way and keep to the right
• Avoid driving in another vehicle's blind spot
• Always leave yourself an out
• Watch out for pedestrians and bicyclists
• Be courteous
