Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds are applicable only to unused lessons or courses.
- Lessons or courses that have already been conducted or completed are non-refundable.
- Refund requests must be made within five (5) days from the date of purchase.
Valid Reasons for Refund:
- Serious medical issues preventing the student from attending lessons (requires a doctor's certificate).
- Dissatisfaction with the quality of instruction (requires detailed explanation and evaluation by our team).
Refund Process:

- All refund requests will be carefully reviewed, and a decision will be communicated to you within 14 days from the date of the request.
Refund Options:
- If your refund request is approved, refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 days from the date of approval.
Cancellation Policy:
- If you wish to cancel your driving lessons or courses, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
- Lessons or courses canceled within the specified time frame will be rescheduled.
